The Strategic Goals of the QUICK Group
Based on its management philosophy of “making everyone involved happy,” the QUICK Group operates businesses centered on human resources with the aim of contributing to society. Our core business is services for recruiting activities, a key link between people and companies.
We have five business categories. Our Recruiting Business includes recruiting advertisement planning and handling, human resources consulting, education and training, and other activities. The Human Resources Services Business involves mainly personnel placement and temporary staffing. In the Information Publishing Business, we distribute regional information magazines and other publications. The IT and Internet-Related Business includes operation of the Nihon no Jinjibu (Japan’s Human Resources Department) website, which has information about personnel and other subjects involving labor. The fifth category is our Overseas Business.
Quickly meeting the requirements of client companies and job seekers will remain our highest priority. In all our businesses, we will restructure business models, launch new products and services, target new and growing markets, and take other actions. Increasing synergies among our business units is another goal. By taking these actions, I believe that our Group can continue to grow as a source of diversified human resources and information services.
QUICK’s Global Vision
Globalization has reached the point where people and companies can operate anywhere in the world. As one aspect of globalization, a growing number of companies are using English as their official internal language.
The QUICK Group started operations in New York in 1999 and in Shanghai in 2003. The next step in our globalization was the establishment of a base of operations in Los Angeles in 2006 and in Dallas and Chicago in 2022. More recently, we started providing services in Vietnam in the spring of 2012 and in Mexico in the summer of 2015, in London in the summer of 2017 to expand our business domain to the field of supporting Japanese companies that consider starting operations in these countries.
We plan to continue expanding our operations with the goal of becoming Sekai no Jinjibu* (Human Resources Department for the world). *This registered trademark expresses our commitment to offering outstanding personal and labor services on a global scale.
